Building Future Flow – Raumaster Turns 42 Today

Raumaster Oy was founded on April 29, 1984, in Rauma. The company was established by Jukka Ruohola, Kauko Einälä, Juhani Rasilainen, Esko Saarela and Jouko Mäkilä. The name Raumaster comes from the idea: ”It simply means the masters from Rauma”. Raumaster has remained true to its founding philosophy: delivering high-quality, customer-oriented solutions and taking care of its most valuable resource – its employees.

Over the past four decades, the five-man engineering office has grown into a market leader employing over 400 people, supplying material handling systems for all industries worldwide. During these 42 years, we have completed over 4,000 projects in more than 70 countries across six continents – Europe, Asia, Africa, North and South America, and Australia.

The Raumaster group includes Raumaster Oy, its Swedish subsidiary Raumaster AB, and Raumaster Paper Oy. Two related companies, Ketjurauma Oy and AS Rauameister, bring additional expertise and act as trusted suppliers.
