Employee survey’s response rate 87% – overall rating reached AA+ level

Raumaster conducted its employee survey in October 2025. With a response rate of 87%, the results provide a comprehensive view of everyday work at Raumaster. The PeoplePower® Index reached 77.9, achieving an AA+ (Good+”) result.

Raumaster’s most recent employee survey was carried out between 8 and 22 October 2025 in cooperation with Easy Flow Oy. The survey consisted of 36 standard PeoplePower® questions, 14 company‑specific questions and nine open-ended questions.

“I am particularly proud of our response rate, which reached 87% across Raumaster Oy and Raumaster Paper Oy. The higher the participation, the more comprehensive the results. While a 100% response rate is always the goal, this figure is already exceptionally high,” says Johanna Koskinen, HR Manager at Raumaster.

The PeoplePower® Index – i.e. the overall rating of the survey – amounted to 77.9. Compared to the national expert benchmark of 70.7, this corresponds to an AA+ (“Good+”) result. An AA+ score qualifies Raumaster for recognition as one of Finland’s Most Inspiring Workplaces.

“We want to hear our employees’ views, as the survey results help us further develop what is already working well in our daily operations. It is important that employees make their voices heard not only through surveys but also in their daily work. Even when the results are positive, there is always room for improvement.”

A positive outlook on the future

Based on the results, Raumaster’s key strengths are closely connected to the employer experience. These include fair and equal treatment, as well as the company’s ability to create good conditions for employee wellbeing at work.

The open-ended responses emphasised good employee benefits and well-functioning occupational healthcare. Notably, 94% of respondents would recommend Raumaster as an employer, and 92% believe that the company’s future looks positive.

The survey results also indicate that Raumaster delivers high-quality products and services to its customers. Employees find the tools and resources in their departments appropriate and understand what is expected of them in their work.

The group’s management team and relevant departments address the issues identified in the results. Each department identifies development actions relevant to its own operations and works together to implement them. In this way, both teams and individuals have a concrete opportunity to improve everyday practices.
