Building Future Flow with You
Equipment Inspection
Successful equipment delivery is only the beginning. To help our customers get the best out of our products, we remain at their service with any kind of assistance needed: technical and operational support, trainings, regular service visits or complete cooperation programs meeting the requirements of each customer. Extension and optimisation of the lifecycle of your product is our main objective.
Raumaster Service’s equipment inspection is performed by our highly skilled personnel who are specialised in material handling systems. Finding and analysing possible problems as well as identifying near future needs for maintenance form the basics of our work. Our inspections also guide decisions on major repairs and overhauls.
Our inspection services include detailed reports of each inspected piece of equipment.
We know the unique service history of each machine, so we can offer truly tailored maintenance for each machine to reach the best possible results.
Instead of carrying out each inspection separately, we rely on long-term follow-up. A detailed report of the equipment studied will be made on every inspection visit, offering you the information needed for possible maintenance, e.g. spare part acquisitions when preparing for the next shutdown.
To keep your production process problem free, we highly recommend two service audits a year for all conveyor systems – one while the machines are in operation, and another during a shutdown.
Inspections are the key to preventive maintenance and understanding the state of the equipment. Typically recommended inspection types and measures taken during inspections are for example:
Inspections during operation
Inspections during annual overhaul, maintenance break or other planned down time
Wear and surface thickness measurements e.g. for pipelines and pressure tanks
Operation and process value monitoring
Troubleshooting and corrective actions
Spare part consultations and recommendations
Development and equipment modernisation plans
Spare & wear parts
Raumaster Service delivers spare and wear parts for all Raumaster equipment.
As an OEM, we guarantee the authenticity and quality of our parts. Thousands of articles are available straight from our spares stock, while our specialised partners will manufacture the engineered parts promptly on demand.
The combination of modern production methods, reliable material suppliers and our quality management system will guarantee the high quality of the original Raumaster spare parts. Using original Raumaster spare parts ensures that you get the latest updates available.

Repairs, e.g. for material conveying pipelines
Maintenance at manufacturer’s premises for equipment that can be detached and transported, e.g. dome valves
Maintenance reports and recommended actions
